Shipping & Pick Up Notifications

Shipping 
Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 7AM EST unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday & peak seasons. Please refer to our Holiday Shipping Policy for more information.


Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Brookville, Ohio. We ship via UPS or USPS first class or priority depending on weight and will usually arrive to you with-in 2-5 business days. Please refer to the carrier's website for full delivery & zone details.

Tracking & Delivery 
All customers will receive an automated email and/or text including tracking once the order has been shipped to the email provided at checkout.


We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. 

If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) to start a claim.

 

Pickup/CurbSide
All orders are eligible for FREE in store or curbside pick up. 

Orders are typically ready 1-2 business days unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday season(s).

Please wait for your text/email confirmation with pick up instructions before heading over to pick up your order. 

Orders can be picked up at 7 North Main St., Englewood OH.

Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 10-6PM, Saturday 10-5PM.
