Shipping & Pick Up Notifications
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and will usually arrive to you with-in 3-5 business days once shipped. Please refer to the carrier's website for full delivery & zone details one you receive your tracking number.
Tracking & Delivery
All customers will receive an automated email and/or text including tracking once the order has been shipped to the email provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim if necessary.
If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) to start a claim.
Route Insurance.
We offer Route Insurance at the time of checkout on all orders.
Pickup/CurbSide
All orders are eligible for FREE in store or curbside pick up.
Orders are typically ready with in 1-2 BUSINESS days unless your item(s) are ordered from our West Coast Warehouse or under pre-order terms. Then those orders are usually ready in 10-14 business days. Please download our app to know which items are instock at our Englewood Location.
Excludes holiday season(s) those pick up times will vary 7-14 BUSINESS days.
