Shipping & Local Delivery

All orders OVER $50 qualify for free shipping with-in the US. Free delivery is for local customers within 7 miles our our Englewood location.

Orders are typically shipped same day if placed before 12 p.m. EST unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday seasons. 

Orders are shipped from Englewood, Ohio  via USPS first class or priority depending on weight and usually arrive with-in 2-5 business days.

 

Tracking & Delivery 

All orders will receive a tracking number sent via email/text once the order has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. 

If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please contact your local USPS to start a claim.

 

Pickup/CurbSide

All orders are eligible for FREE instore or curbside pick up. 

Orders are typically ready next day if placed before 12 p.m. EST unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday season(s).

Please wait for your text/email confirmation with pick up instructions before heading over to pick up your order.

Orders can be picked up at 7 North Main St., Englewood OH. Please call 937-469-1274 when you arrive. Please do not text that you are here. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 10-6PM, Saturday 10-5PM, and Sunday 12-4PM.
