Return/Cancellation Policy

RETURN/CANCELLATION  POLICY

Canceled Orders:

Due to processing fees, we only allow cancellation of orders with a 15% restocking fee.  Please be sure that you are ready to purchase your items and your cart total is correct when you place your orders.

Damaged Merchandise: 

Please look over the items in your order as soon as it arrives. If your item(s) are damage due to a manufacture defect or if there is an issue with your garment(s) please email our returns team within 3 business days. 

We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them. However, we are not responsible for packages damaged in transit, or damages cause when opening package (example: use of scissors) 

We will ask you to send pictures of your damage/defected item along with the original poly-mailer your items were received in. Tags must also be present on the garment in order to start a claim. Damaged items must be returned with in 14 days of purchase.

Returned Orders:

All returns must have the original receipt.  After 14 days all sales are final.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchased date.

All returns are for a Palette of Threads E-Gift Card credit or even exchange only.

Tags must be attached and the garment must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc. 

Jewelry, undergarments, sunglasses, hats, scarves, belts, and gift cards are not eligible for a return.

All items marked 30% off or more or FINAL SALE are final sale, this includes VIP deals, Daily Deals, Palette Perks, Sale, Promo, or Clearance items.


FINAL SALE means the item is NOT eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Online Returns:

• To start your online return please email the following information to paletteorders@gmail.com; your name, order number, and the reason for your return/exchange. We also ask that you include the returned tracking number via USPS/UPS. This helps to track the package in transit. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition.

• For all returns please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive your order at our warehouse.

• We are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition. Please reach out to your mail carrier if your return is lost in transit.

• We do not provide free return shipping however; we do offer a printable pre-paid return label ($8.95 deduction) to make shipping back simple! 

• Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.

In the event shipping was free we will deduct $8.95 from the credited amount.

FINAL RETURN DETAILS:

• Merchandise must be returned & received within 14 days to be eligible for a Palette of Threads gift card or even exchange.

All sales are final after 14 days.

• All items marked 30% off or more or FINAL SALE are final sale, this includes VIP deals, Daily Deals, Palette Perks, Sale, Promo, or Clearance items.

FINAL SALE means the item is NOT eligible for return, exchanges, or store credit. 

• Merchandise must have the original tags still attached.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

• Merchandise must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.

•All returns via snail mail should be mailed within 3 days of the date you receive your item to ensure it is received at our warehouse within 14 days. Please be sure to email us your information along with returning tracking number as soon as you send your package.
