FAQ - Online Orders
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Tags must be attached and the garment must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.

All items marked 30% off or final sale, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return, exchanges, or store credits.


•Most orders ship with-in 1-2 business days.


•We are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition. 


•Shipping is FREE unless noted other wise.
 
•For all returns please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse in Englewood, Ohio.


• To start your return please email paletteorders@gmail.com. Be sure to include your item name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. We also ask that you include the tracking number via USPS/UPS once you have shipped your package. This helps to track the package. Again we are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition.

Damages - 
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them! 

If your item(s) are damage or if there is an issue with your garment(s) please contact our returns team within 3 business days. This way we can get any problems resolved for you as soon as possible!

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Merchandise must have the original tags still attached.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

• Merchandise must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.

• All returns after 14 days will be for store credit only.

• All sales are final after 30 days. 

• Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE is not eligible for store credit or return.

• All returns via snail mail must include your original packing slip or a copy of your order details. 

•All returns via snail mail must be mailed within 3 days of the date you receive your item. Please be sure to email us your tracking number as soon as you send your package. This will begin your refund process.
