In- Store Purchases
Items may be returned for a full fund if returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase, as long as the tags are still attached and the garment is free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.
Simply bring your item in to the store.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, the wrong item, or you are missing an item please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can get any problems resolved for you!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for all returns:
•Returned items must have the original tags still attached
•Returned items must unworn and unwashed
•Items may be returned for a full fund if returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase, as long as the tags are still attached and the garment is free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.
•All returns after 14 days but before 30 days will be for store credit only
•No refunds or store credits on merchandise returned after 30 days
•Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE is not eligible for store credit or for return
•All returns via snail mail must include your printed receipt or order number along with the items you wish to return
•All returns via snail mail must be mailed within 7 days of the date you received your item. Please be sure to email us your tracking number as soon as you send your package. This will begin your refund process. We are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition.
•For all returns please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse.
