Pickups are available during normal business hours.

📦 Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse  & not from the store.

📲 PLEASE wait for you email/text confirmation with pick up details! 🙌🏼❤️🙌🏼 we are on a 4-7 day turn around for pick up orders.

🚗 When you are in route, please text us your name, and order number to our cell phone, 937-469-1274. Please be sure you have a text or email confirmation for pick up.

Shipped Orders:

All domestic orders over $75 ship free.

Our current processing time is 4-10 business days. 

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or First Class, or UPS depending on weight, and usually arrive between 3-5 business days once shipped.  

The risk of loss on all orders on on our website pass to the buyer once the package has been delivered to UPS/USPS. Be sure to opt for Route Insurance at check out for an extra layer of coverage. 

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.

In the event shipping was free we will deduct $7.99 from the credited amount.

📲 You can sign up for tracking to be sent via email or text, just make sure it’s the correct number and valid email.

📫 Our tracking system is automatically generated and sent as soon as we hit “print label” on our end - SURPRISE we do not send that ourselves. So be sure your all of your information, including shipping address is up to date. 👌🏽
