How long do I have to try on the items?
Once you receive your selection you have 72 hours to try on the items and return them back to the store or notify us for return delivery.
Can I wear the items?
You are welcome to try on the items in the comfort of your own home. However, items MUST not be worn outside. Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original packaging. They must be free of odor, stains, pet hairs, make up, dirt, etc.
In the event an item is return damaged, the customer will be reliable for the cost of the item.
What cost are associated with the program?
There is no monthly cost to enjoy Online Shopping+ . However, there is a $19.99 styling fee, which gets credited towards the pieces you keep.
If you wish to keep none of the items in your selection the $19.99 fee will act as a store credit on your next purchase. However, It will not be applied as a credit to your next styling fee.
What payments are acceptable?
Palette of Threads accepts credit cards with expiration dates of at-least 90 days in the future.
Debit and pre-paid cards, along with gift cards are not currently accepted for our program.
When will I be charged?
You will not be charge un-till you complete your purchase.
If you do not complete your purchase with-in 5 days or fail to return the items with-in 5 days, your card will automatically be charge for all the items in your order.
What is the pre-authorization form?
The pre-authorization form is acknowledging and granting us permission to charge your card for the items you keep along with in the event an item(s) is not returned or is returned damage.
All customers participating in the Online Shopping+ program must complete the pre-authorization form in order to participate in the program.
What is the pre-authorization charge?
Before we prepare your order, we will verify the card on file with a temporary authorization amount of $1. The amount will disappear from your account shortly.
